We are tenant farmers in the downland village of Bishops Cannings, and very small farmers at that – ten acres is the size of our holding.

We breed pure bred Oxford Downs sheep, are focussing increased attention on growing dye plants for 2021 and are involved in education.

In 2020 in the shadow of Covid-19 we’ve also launched a Community Supported Agriculture project, to get our community involved in supporting those growing their food, and to promote food resilience on a very local scale. We produce vegetable boxes for members / shareholders and we aim to produce fresh, organic food for vulnerable groups such as homeless. recently housed, and those struggling to make ends meet.
